The authoritative version of these Terms is written in English. Any translation provided for reference purposes does not override the English text. Disputes will be resolved by reference to the English-language version of this document.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

This age restriction applies universally and without exception. cv999t is fully committed to preventing underage gambling and employs both automated and manual verification processes to enforce this rule.

In addition to meeting the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

2.2 Consequences of Underage Gambling

If cv999t determines at any point that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately closed. Any deposits made will be returned, but any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in their entirety. cv999t will report confirmed cases of underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of cv999t services — including deposits, betting, live casino, and withdrawals — you must register a verified account. 3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account settings promptly. cv999t is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information, including failed withdrawals to a payment method no longer associated with your registered details.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.3 Taka Denomination

All monetary amounts displayed on cv999t are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). When you deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, the amount you send in Taka is credited to your account balance in Taka at a 1:1 ratio with no hidden conversion. Withdrawal amounts are likewise returned to your local wallet or bank account in Taka.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cv999t offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cricket season specials, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and must meet wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Where bonus abuse is detected, cv999t reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and permanently close the account.

5.3 cv999t's Right to Modify Promotions

cv999t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including after it has commenced, where there is a legitimate operational, legal, or integrity reason to do so. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, cv999t will honour the bonus on the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on cv999t are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the market in question. These rules cover settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play betting limitations, and maximum payout caps. The following general rules apply across all betting markets on the cv999t platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

cv999t reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet is placed after the outcome of the event is already known; the odds displayed were the result of a manifest error; the bet is placed in breach of these Terms; or the bet appears to be placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any other integrity breach.

6.2 Manifest Errors

Where a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly and obviously wrong due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, cv999t reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. A "manifest error" is one where a reasonably informed bettor would have been aware that the odds were incorrect at the time of placement.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available for cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, and other selected sports. In-play markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event at cv999t's discretion — for example, during natural breaks in play, following key match events, or where live data feeds become temporarily unavailable. Bets placed prior to a suspension are settled on the odds at the time of placement.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

RNG casino games (slots, table games, virtual games) operate according to the rules published by the game provider. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and crash games from Spribe, are governed by those providers' game rules in addition to these Terms. Live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi operate under the rules displayed at the relevant table. cv999t does not alter the fundamental rules of any third-party game.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

cv999t applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and game category. The applicable limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game lobby. Winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout for a single bet will be settled at the maximum payout figure; the excess will not be paid.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv999t platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one cv999t account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or evading a self-exclusion.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank transfers, or charge-back abuse to fund your account.
• Money laundering: Using cv999t to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. cv999t is committed to anti-money laundering compliance and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same poker, card, or live dealer table to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated betting system to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings. Such winnings will be voided.
• Match-fixing or use of insider information: Placing bets based on knowledge of an agreed or manipulated outcome, or based on information not available to the general public.
• Abusive behaviour: Harassing, threatening, or abusing cv999t staff or other players via any communication channel. cv999t operates a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive conduct.

7.1 Monitoring & Detection

cv999t employs real-time monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Betting patterns, account behaviour, device fingerprints, and payment activity are all analysed as part of our fraud prevention and integrity monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, cv999t may place an immediate hold on withdrawals and request additional information from the player before taking further action.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

cv999t reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your cv999t account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal way. Where a voluntary closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., because gambling is affecting your wellbeing), our team will process the closure immediately and without delay as a priority support request. 8.2 Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where an account is closed by cv999t due to a breach of these Terms, any balance derived from fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or bonus abuse may be forfeited at cv999t's discretion.

8.3 Reopening of Accounts

Accounts that have been closed under a self-exclusion arrangement may not be reopened during the self-exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account will be declined. Where a self-exclusion period has expired and a player requests reinstatement, cv999t will apply a mandatory 24-hour reflection period and may require the player to confirm their wellbeing before reinstating access.
